Audience Services Manager – a multifaceted position, LNT’s Audience Services Manager handles box office and front of house duties, and assists with general office duties, marketing, targeted advertising, fundraising materials, information distribution, and liaisons with business sponsors. This is a full-time, “hands-on” position. Other duties include (but are not limited to): supervising and training volunteers, interns and working closely with the artistic directors and bookkeeper/outreach development coordinator for the smooth running of the theater and the development and implementation of programs to recruit and retain volunteers, season ticket holders, sponsors and patrons. Skills with people, computers, phones, and multi-tasking required. A good sense of humor, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and being organized & happiest when busy, are traits that would come in handy. Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits.
Management Internships — bright, energetic individuals to fill Audience Services & Marketing responsibilities for Summer Season (June-August/October).
Assist with group sales, advertising, promotions, office, front-of-house, company & house management.
Ideal candidates are hard-working, detail-oriented, self-directed, imaginative, have strong organization and computer skills, enjoy working with volunteers. 13-20 weeks. Stipend/Housing.
