Dear City Hall Arts Center Renter,

Thank you for choosing to hold your event at Montpelier City Hall Arts Center.

In the past few years, there has been a dramatic increase in the use of City Hall Arts Center. Your rental fee will be applied toward further improvements of the facility in the years ahead.

As administrators of the Arts Center for the City of Montpelier, we are available to answer any questions you may have about the Hall. Please feel free to contact us via phone, 802.223.9607, or email.

Technical assistance for use of City Hall Arts Center is supplied by Lost Nation Theater. Since we have over fifteen years of experience in the creative use of the Arts Center, most users will save time and money employing our knowledgeable in-house staff. “Unskilled” labor will be more cost-effective, however, if provided by you.

Files in PDF format can be downloaded directly and printed. Available forms are:

• City Hall policy for renters.
• An inventory of items that are included in the Hall rental fee and a list of the additional items that can be rented at nominal cost.
• Form requesting a quotation of costs for Technical Services.
• Contract which you can fill out, sign, and return to LNT with any required deposit. (Address is on the forms)
